In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

The apartment is luxurious, spacious (appr. 75 m2) and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking is possible in the neighborhood, and there is a parking garage nearby (Q-Park Westerhaven).

Experience your stay in a typical Dutch home! This cozy house is built like a tower: all the way up, on the 2nd floor you will find the bedroom and a shower and sink. On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen with a table where you can eat or work. Despite the small space, everything is provided to make a bite to eat, so you don't necessarily have to go out to eat. On the ground floor, there is the toilet and the hall/entrance. The stairs are steep, so keep that in mind!

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated for 1 or 2 guests. It is located in the city center on the second floor, an 8-minute walk from the station. Everything has been modernized so that city sounds from the busier front street do not enter. It is enjoyable in Groningen to enjoy the coziness on the terraces, shopping in unique shops in, for example, the Folkingestraat and of course the nightlife. There is a nice espresso machine available.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

This lovely comfortable home is located near the city center and a green park. Fully equipped; free parking and free use of two bicycles... Within 10 minutes, you can be in the city center by bike. But once back in the house, you will experience the peace and space. The house has two spacious bedrooms and a workspace with a balcony. Two rooms with a double bed. One bedroom with a single bed. There is also a desk with a computer screen.
