MOI! Our kids have flown out of our 1930s home and now we have rooms that need to be used! This spacious room has a view of the beautiful greenery of the City Park. The house is central: the city center is an 18-minute walk and the CS is 10 minutes away. Martiniplaza right around the corner. You have your own entrance, spacious (private) bathroom and private toilet at your disposal. There is a mini fridge, microwave and separate study. Life in Groningen is buzzing and you can relax here. Welcome! No students.

Private vacation home in beautiful surroundings!

Relax in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (their bed within walking distance), and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and beautiful outdoor terrace. The stay is for 1-4 people and does not include breakfast. A green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen!

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, a rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (Stabyhoun). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

Guesthouse "De Bisschops' Stee"

Our house is a former business premises and had quite a bit of space left over. Where previously the shop/office spaces with customer toilet were, in the fall of 2019 we created a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower. The shop entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.
