Our log cabin Klein Meerzicht offers comfortable accommodation overlooking the meadows and the Paterswoldsemeer. The space is modernly decorated and has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

LIFE RHYTHM simple life close to nature!

In the cottage you live basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, just landscaped food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, running, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. In addition, you have a beautiful view of Groningen from the cottage, and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away in peace. But you also have the ideal base for hiking (e.g. Pieterpad) or cycling through the Drenthe landscape!

Guesthouse "De Kraanvogel"

Guesthouse "De Cranvogel" The cozy log cabin can be found in the yard of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered under a wooden wall, look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and in the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The cabin contains a bedroom, bath and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.

You can use our large natural garden behind the house. It is wonderful to sit by the pond with the storks in the background.

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, a rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (Stabyhoun). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. Parking in front of the door; private garden with cozy seats. Through the entrance, you enter the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a luxurious Karlsson box spring with 2 mattresses. From your bed, you can look into the garden or the woods.

Come and "live in Valthe" with us, enjoy our cozy guesthouse "Liv". The guesthouse was completely newly built in 2019 and is modernly furnished. It has its own terrace in the adjacent garden. All practical and luxurious things that you can expect as a guest are provided. You can park your car in front of the residence.
