New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

Beautiful holiday home with large bedroom and kitchen with cooking facilities and extractor hood. Also equipped with a refrigerator with freezer and oven/microwave. The cozy living room with rustic style has a 2 x 2 person sofa and dining room table for 4 people. The living room has a wood-burning stove that can be used (wood bags available for €6.00 each). The house is of course equipped with internet and TV. There is a lockable bicycle shed with power connection (charging e-Bike)

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
