Our apartment was renovated in March 2024 and is ready to welcome you. The apartment is very bright and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a nice bathroom with a comfortable shower. In the living room, we have a sofa bed with a topper.

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the mouth of the Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice Reserve, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to its rich natural heritage, the Rosandra Valley, with its unique surface watercourse of the Trieste Karst, the Glinščica stream and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rock climbers.
