Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the mouth of the Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice Reserve, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to its rich natural heritage, the Rosandra Valley, with its unique surface watercourse of the Trieste Karst, the Glinščica stream and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rock climbers.

Nearby is a coin-operated laundry, a pastry shop, two supermarkets and a pharmacy. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus.
