Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Montepulciano. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made it especially convenient. The apartment was filled with charming Tuscan details and modern amenities, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The washer and dryer were a plus! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with its charming shops, local restaurants, and stunning views of the countryside. Dorita and family were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for wineries and local attractions. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience. We can’t wait to return!

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The garden with swimming pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a sunset aperitif. But it is the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information on places to visit and recommended restaurants makes a difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

We stayed 2 nights at Alessio's place & really enjoyed it. It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything we could need. The washer & dryer was an added bonus! The views of the countryside were absolutely beautiful & we found San Gimignano charming & a peaceful changeup to explore during our trip. Alessio & his team were very attentive & we would 100% recommend! Prior to booking, we carefully read other reviews & appreciated the "heads-up" about getting to/from the apartment...parking, hills, steps, etc. It definitely helped us plan accordingly as we initially intended to drive ourselves but instead chose to hire driver(s) which eliminated much of this concern...although after arriving, we realized those issues probably wouldn't have been that challenging after all.

I chose this apartment for its view and location – and it absolutely delivered. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of accommodation.

The accommodation is really very nice, clean, well-kept and with all the necessities you need. It is close to the center, with escalators it is about a 6-minute walk. Parking in front of the house is a bit busy but there is another parking lot next door, you can find a place to park. Francesco is a very kind and helpful person! Perfect for families or couples. I highly recommend it!

We, a family of three seasoned travelers had tremendous fun. The place, the accommodations, and the location were outstanding. The views from the living room/kitchen were exceptional. Our experience was really great: Caterina was super helpful from the time of booking and very kind: her welcome really made us feel at home! He also gave us valuable tips on where to park and how to get around. The house is in a great location, in a central street in Siena, near a supermarket and many other shops. Its sheltered location (overlooks an inner courtyard, away from the street) allows it to be very quiet, without any outside noise. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need (another point in favor are the many interesting books to read!), great for both short and longer stays! Absolutely recommended!

What a great way for us to start our week out in the Tucson region. The local places to eat, the people in the neighborhood and the sunrise over the hills in the morning with the birds flying was more than I could have hoped for. It was a perfect spot and we would definitely come back again.

Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!
