Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know at the beginning. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature, many tourist destinations in the surroundings and for guests there is also an outdoor hot tub under an oak tree, heated with wood with hydro and air jets

The cottage lies in the very heart of the Lusatian Mountains and so it is at the same time a starting point for discovering the natural beauty of the Bohemian Switzerland, there is beautiful nature in the surroundings forests and bike trails, almost without tourists. You can also go to nearby Germany or Poland. If you prefer nature, shopping, cycling or for example, history, everything is available to you within a short driving distance. A frequently visited place of our guests is, for example, Oybin (a village in Germany) or Tolštejn Castle with a beautiful view.

Welcome, to our cozy cottage! The house is located in the small town of Herrnhut, which is full of history. The area is great for hiking, mountaineering and going to lakes. The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

For relaxing holidays in an eventful environment, an extraordinary vacation home is ready - an original half-timbered house from the 18th century, listed, completely restored and equipped with a high level of living comfort. Our 4-star house is quietly located in the middle of the village on an approx. 3000 sqm property with plenty of space for sports and games and long evenings by the fireplace in the open air. Traditional construction meets comfort - a living experience guaranteed!

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.

Sunny duplex Downstairs living and dining room with small kitchen, 1 sofa bed and toilet (floor plan in the photos) on the upper level Bedroom with double bed, shower room, gallery with another bed, My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). In the property there are a total of 4 apartments with a total of 18 beds available. Some pull-out sofas are also available.

Cozy vacation home with distance ;-), fireplace, solar

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation, just minutes from the Zittau Mountains. The apartment is located in the middle of Leutersdorf, right next to the driving school. Shops, restaurants and public transport are in the immediate vicinity – ideal for excursions and a relaxing stay.

Here you can relax in the middle of nature in the cozy wooden house and unwind. The highlight of my accommodation is the wooden bathtub - the hot tub. You can also pitch your tent on the surrounding meadow!

we´re speaking englisch, are living in an ancient house in a touristic but very calm place, additional you can order breakfast (8€ p.P) and lunch - original Argentine empanadas (12€ p.P.)
