The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Im Naturpark der Märkischen Schweiz, im hübschen Waldsieversdorf, steht unsere 50 m2 Holzhütte auf einem separaten Grundstück mit eigenem Garten. Es liegt idyllisch am Waldrand des Stöbbertals. Die Holzhütte ist voll isoliert, so dass ihr hier auch im Winter gemütlich wohnen könnt. Es gibt einen 7 KW Kamin, der euch mit ein paar Scheiten Holz angenehme und langanhaltende Wärme spendet. Außerdem gibt es im Bad einen Stromheizkörper. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes großes Boxspringbett .

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our house was built in 1897 by our great-great-grandparents Carl & Marie and has been renovated in recent years by my family. It is located in Storkow, a small town in Brandenburg, 60 km southeast of Berlin city center. The house has two separate apartments, one on the first floor and one in the attic, which are rented separately. This is the listing for the attic apartment. If both apartments are rented, they can be connected via a door on the first floor.
