Cosy place for family of 5 for a short summer break. Close to SPAR for food shop, good eateries and central for lots of activities. Host was very welcoming and neighbours very friendly too. Would highly recommend.

It was now our third ski trip that we spent with Claudius. Everything was fine again. We liked it very much again! We would come back any time and can recommend Claudius's place with a clear conscience. Claudius's house is also ideal for holidays outside the winter season. You are in the middle of a hiking and biking area or you can just enjoy the seclusion. GREAT THING!

Very cosy and well equipped appartment in close proximity to the Flims ski slopes. Spectacular outdoor scenery to enjoy from the appartment's terrace. Perfect for a ski holiday or any other outdoor activity. Would gladly come again.

The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

Very nice appartment! Good equipped! Nice and warm welcome from the owners in the shape of a nice welcoming document and a nice bottle of wine. There was a small problem with the bandwith of the internet and the owners immediately took action.

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quiet and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

The place with Sabrina and her family was great! It felt like home. The reception was very pleasant and nothing was missing in the accommodation. The location is great and very suitable to reach some hikes within 10 min drive. I highly recommend the hike on the high feet, there is the best view of the beautiful village of Bludenz. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for three nights with our two kids at Michaela's place and it was amazing. The location is beautiful, a peaceful place with amazing views of the mountains. The house itself (you're staying on the ground floor of their home) is perfect, it is clean, well-organized, and for our kids there was lots to do: toys, games, a playground in the garden. Michaela was very clear and helpful, and very quickly responsive to all our questions. All-in-all a great host and a great place to stay!

Great terrace with beautiful views, spacious living space. Great equipped kitchen. Top ski room and the luxury of driving from the garage directly into the apartment by elevator.

It was a pleasure staying in Sandra's apartment that is tastefully furnished and has all the comforts described in the listing. Sandra was a flexible host for the check-in and available to give information about the amenities in the area.

Joelle is very responsive and kind. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Super position with easy access to many beautiful hikes (some start exactly from the apartment e.g. Rocabella or Pass da Sett), lots of tranquility, and a quick drive to more populated Engadin and Surses.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with every cooking tool. The location is particularly convenient given the proximity of a supermarket (50 meters) and the highway. I would definitely go back!
