"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

It is a perfect place to stay in a peaceful neighbourhood close to forests and fields with beautiful sunsets. You will be greeted by friendly, experienced hosts who are always happy to help you. With great views, abundance of nature, bike tracks at the door, organic food and only 20min bus ride to Maribor center (bus stop is 5 min walk). 15 min drive to The Wine Rd which weaves through Slovenia and Austria. It's good for fam, couples, soloadventurers. Visit the oldest vine in the world(Maribor).

Oldie goldie, free parking

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
