It's not our first time staying at Mr. Gilberto and the second time was as good, or better than the first. The house is very spacious, beautiful and organized, it has everything you may need, from bath towels and face to several kitchen utensils. The house has a fireplace, which makes everything even more cozy, especially in the cold. Mr. Gilberto served us promptly and made himself available for any questions. I've come back and hope to return more often.

Very good and well equipped house, all appliances are new, including pans, cutlery. The bedrooms are good and great showers! The house is a little far from the center, but for those who want tranquility it is a great condominium. We know the waterfall that is inside the condominium and it's amazing! Affordable Trail and full of monkeys. Simone answered all our questions quickly and indicated good places and restaurants to visit.

We love Fernanda's house, Dalila is fantastic and we feel at home. Beside the Capivari park with the advantage of being super quiet. A super hot daily walk to the centrinho. The house is extremely cozy and comfortable. We love our days.

The accommodation is even better for the photos, a clean and ample environment, complete with all the utensils. The house is in a condominium ensuring comfort and privacy, it was super worth it and we enjoyed every moment of the trip. great experience. The house is located in a very quiet area near the center. Rest easy and leave the car at home. Beautiful terrain with lawn and well-kept vegetation. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Soft towels, clean bed linen and an excellent shower! The kitchen is very well equipped as well. Excellent reception by the homemade Karina. I spent 3 pleasant days with my family and we only have compliments.

The apartment is a cute one. New, well furnished, clean and well located. We were with children and we were able to walk from the apartment to the centre of Capivari. Size for our group, with 3 adults and 3 children. What stood out the most was the cleaning of the rooms, the bedding and the towels, new and clean. Well equipped kitchen. We spent great days in the apartment and were always well served by Yasmin when we had any questions or questions. I recommend it!

Junior is kind, caring, and quick to answer. The apartment is impeccable. It's so nice that the risk is that you want to stay at home instead of sightseeing. We do not use anything from the condominium other than the playground, but it is all beautiful and impeccable. the apartment is extremely well equipped, good beds and covered, appropriate heater, all utensils, appliances and appliances you can imagine. Right near Capivari, we just walked out. The building is on a climb, but it was still worth it in relation to the traffic, since it was the closing fds of the winter festival. We'll be back for sure! The stay was excellent.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Very cozy and cosy, accommodating very well four people. The kitchen is complete with the main utensils. We do not miss anything, including coffee maker expresses 3 hearts, without capsules. Both very good rooms and integrated into a beautiful gourmet balcony with a good view. The condominium still offers game room and a heated pool, but we didn't use it. In addition, there is a Café on the ground floor, open to the public, which is worth trying the delicious options. In relation to the location, it is located approximately 1 km from the center of Capivari. As we went in February, we chose to drive even 5 min approximately and be an easy epic to find parking. The contacts with Rogério and Cintia have always been very cordial and very attentive
