Tábata was very proactive in clarifying our questions, such as location, access, check-in, etc. Easy access to the condominium, quiet and safe surroundings, approximately 10 minutes walk to the center, literally in front of Pastelão do Maluf (for those who like pastel, great place!) and total tranquility. The apartment itself is exactly like in the pictures, wonderful fireplace, cozy in every way. We'll be back for sure.

The condominium is beautiful, super quiet, great for rest, has a beautiful back garden to sit in the late afternoon. The place is farther but it is secure and easy to access. I'll come back other times. The flexible and password check in made everything faster and easier.

The apartment is extremely beautiful with amazing views, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was extremely clean and organized, all with great care. In addition, the surroundings are quiet and very close to everything. Raphael is super kind and attentive, always communicative. My stay was perfect and I intend to return more often. :)

Our hosting was very nice! Owner Glória was kind and helpful and we found the house cozy! The three suites are large and comfortable. The bedroom on the ground floor is very small (it is a service room with an electric shower bathroom), but it was very useful for our group. The location is great and super easy to reach in Capivari (15 min walking). We thank and recommend this house!

We felt at home in Antonio's beautiful house. It was all impeccable in a wonderful house in a neighborhood surrounded by green. We will return as soon as possible. Thank you Antonio and wife for the reception and kindness (and for the wonderful cake too)

Everything was impeccable. The house is bigger and more beautiful than the photos. Everything organized, clean linens, various kitchen utensils. It was all perfect. Just a dirt road of a little over 1km to get there, which was annoying. But nothing to get in the way of the ride.

Comfortable, cozy house, all very clean, Regina was very kind to wait for us late as it was raining a lot and we caught a lot of traffic. We were introduced to the house and we still paired a little. Now fantastic is to arrive and be greeted with a wonderful carrot cake with cover, which has shown delicacy and kindness in welcoming your guests with great care. Marisa is a lovely person, super attentive, polite and available. The house was impeccable, complete and has a great location, close to the centrinho, market, bakery, restaurants... In addition to having an amazing lawn - extensive and beautiful, with great view and plenty of sunshine. I recommend it without any reservations and I will certainly come back other times.

Simply perfect! From first contact, Mauritius has been an exceptional host — always considerate, polite, and ready to help with anything. Now over the house… Wow! It exceeded all expectations! Each corner is thought with affection, cozy, well decorated, clean and with a wonderful energy. I felt at home from the first minute. If you're in doubt about where to stay, you can stop looking now. Armando was always attentive and responded quickly to all my msgs. The apartment was very welcoming and smelling of so clean when we arrived. The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market close by and some delicious restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it's a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very gentle porters. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

The apartment is even better than the photos appear, very beautiful decoration, very wide, the Andreia always available. The stay was so good that we already booked the same apartment for August.

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

The accommodation was very good at the Dnalva property, the location is good, AP clean, faithful to the photos, host responded quickly and always very polite. I would recommend and stay again.

I and my family very much liked the apt. of Márcio Gil. The apartment is comfortable for a family of 4. It has central heating, where the shower is the high point of comfort. It has all the appliances to make a breakfast among other meals. The double bed is very comfortable. Márcio is a great host, very attentive and always available to resolve any questions or needs. We will definitely be back.

Very beautiful and functional space...To get to the condominium it is easy the greater difficulty was to locate the block because there are many blocks and there is no signage on the road inside the condominium. If you need to cook light the basics tbm ( salt, oil). Don't forget the shampoo and soap tbm. Township Toilet Paper have! Fields is indeed an excellent option for those who want to escape the heat and hustle and bustle of large urban centers. We were very attentive host and communication was effective. I recommend the space and hope to return at the next opportunity
