Monthly Rentals in Guardamar de la Safor

My husband and I stayed at Alejandra and Javi’s place for 2 weeks. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The location is really good, right next to the beach! Hosts are super friendly. We definitely recommend this Airbnb, thank you Alejandra and Javi! 🙌

Gracia is a lovely and very responsive host. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Very close to beach, 2 min walk. 2 mins walk to grocery Market also. For anyone working from home, the WiFi does not extend to the bedrooms. Gracia was very helpful in lending us her own extension box to solve the problem. WiFi in sitting room is very fast! can handle multiple devices. Seems like a residential block of very nice families (including the host). The sound proofing is not so good as with alot if apartments, so it can be noisy. Again, Gracia tried to help with this. Beautiful area with very lovely people. Difficult to get to from airport if not driving. Alsa bus goes from Valencia to Gandia 15 mins away and then a taxi to Bellreguard which is sooooo much cheaper than a taxi from airport (€155 ). We had a great time at Gracias place overall.

Perfect location, right at the beach with a stunning sea view. Very peaceful out of the season. Very clean and cozy apartment with all the necessary appliances. We had a wonderful stay!
