We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

Lovely place to stay and great welcome! Everything was clean, cozy and convenient, fully consistent with the description. The neighborhood is calm and easy to get to everything. We especially want to note the host — Harry is just a super cool person! Very friendly, open-minded and helpful. He met us in person, showed us everything, helped us navigate, gave useful advice — there was sincere attention and care. Thanks to him, the vacation was even more pleasant. Recommended to everyone! Everything was at the highest level, definitely five stars!

We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. The photos don’t do it justice. Do not hesitate to book this! Really such a special place. Thank you, Andrea and family.

Everyone was wonderful, the accommodation was as described and the pool completely to ourselves. Giovanni was always super friendly and his family very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

Even though we only had rainy and cold weather, we loved our second stay in this beautiful house!

We only stayed 3 days and unfortunately we met bad weather, but this did not stop us from taking advantage of the immense garden that with two small children was the salvation🙂 The house offers many spaces (we were two families) leaving way to have the right tranquility and privacy as needed. Alessandro was very helpful and kind and his mother, whom we met before leaving, is a very nice and friendly lady.

Very nice House and Pool!

Host support was impeccable! We were very well taken care of. Getting there to the house is a bit adventurous as described. However, the journey is very well described and we were able to find the house without a pribleme. After arrival you will be compensated with a large private parking, a house in a very quiet location, a magnificent and idyllic view and a large pool. Everything looks exactly like the pictures! If you are looking for relaxation, you will find it in this accommodation. Eating out and shopping is a 15 minute drive away. We highly recommend this house. 🥰

We had a really lovely stay. There were 4 adults, and toddler and baby and the property was very suitable for us. The hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat. We ate in the restaurant just by the property and it was the best meal we had in Italy. We also had some delicious gelato. The property was extremely clean and great for what we needed. We had enough space and there was a nice outdoor area too. It was also a great location, very peaceful but also within walking distance to the beach and lovely little village. Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

Lovely place in a great, very remote feeling area for hikes! Lara is super nice and welcoming, and the house is extremely charming. Big recommend, especially when it’s warm

I was with 3 friends hiking in the Apuan, and Carla's house was a great support. Very close to many routes, quiet and with an incredible view from the terrace on the second floor. Carla also allowed us to have a check-out later because of a last minute need, very kind even at check-in. Tip!!

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful structure where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable guest. I recommend it

We stayed in this beautiful Tuscan villa, completely in authentic Italian style. The house is in a brilliant location with views over Montecatini – in the evening a sea of lights! Due to delays on the way, we didn't arrive until 11 p.m., but that was no problem for Cristina. She kindly waited for us and took plenty of time to show us everything. Cristina is an excellent host and communication went smoothly and pleasantly in English. The villa is very private, with a large enclosed property and a fence all around. Parking is available on site. A little tip for future guests: Don't blindly follow your route planner. It will send you via a narrow winding path that you can hardly cross with one car. Preferably take the route through the other side. The swimming pool is tastefully lit in the evening and the surroundings offer plenty of beautiful trips to towns such as Lucca, Florence, Pistoia and Siena. We'd love to come back!
