It is a very secluded property with no "neighbors" on either side. To the east is the soft flowing Parankaya River. To the west are undeveloped grounds which are also part of the villa grounds. Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lakefront Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
