Located on the edge of the beautiful Cerro Cahui Biosphere, we offer extraordinary views of the mountains which hold a plethora of native flora and wildlife. We have 6 private Bungalows (4 with private bathrooms), a 6 bed Dormitory, and a 4 bed Palapa, a tree platform, as well we offer camping in our gardens. In addition to the private bathrooms we have shared bathrooms, and 3 outdoor showers. We regularly have monkeys in the trees, toucans and parakeets singing throughout the garden.

Casa Ramos has beautiful garden views and is our best place for people with mild mobility issues. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. If you enjoy porch life Casa Ramos is the place to be with cozy spots to be with friends or simply enjoy your book.

Cabin with Amazing Balcony Views

Hotel Isla Verde is set on a tranquil corner on the lakefront in Santa Cruz La Laguna surrounded by tropical gardens. Our beautiful cabins are set high up the hillside with fantastic views of the lake. The cabin has a sliding glass door that leads out onto your private balcony with deck chairs. We have a restaurant lakeside that serves delicious homemade food from scratch. We can also help arrange transport and help you plan any excursions during your time here at the lake.

The hotel Kangaroo with restaurant is hidden in the jungle, on the banks of a romantic feeder of the Rio Dulce. Enjoy freshly prepared food in private, cozy atmosphere. We will pick you up for free with our boat in Rio Dulce town (Fronteras) and help with directions or activities and connect you with other locals who will show you the highlights of our proximity. Hot springs, waterfalls, Castillo San Felipe, Finca El Paraiso, jungle hikes, to name just a few.

Finca Sacmoc

Finca Sacmoc is a private location located 39 km from the city of Cobán. It is open to visitors looking to enjoy nature in a safe environment away from population centers and with environmental awareness. On site you will be able to walk under forests, get to know its flora and fauna, immerse yourself in crystal clear rivers, visit majestic waterfalls and live with locals to learn how to live in rural Guatemala. To get there, you will need a 4x4 vehicle.

Bio-designed tiny apartment birdwatchers heaven

In this mini apartment you will feel like a bird, with the panoramic view from north to south over the treetops and the view of the lake and volcanoes. From the comfort of your bed you will wake up with the first rays of light, from your balcony you will be able to watch the birds at dawn. The entire space was designed with solar geometry, bio-constructed to reconnect and recharge. ATTENTION: There may be insects as you will be in a natural environment.

La Fortuna @ Atitlan Eco Bungalow 3

This is one of our petite bungalows. Its quite small but beautifully handcrafted. It is ideal for a single traveler, a couple or good friends. This bungalow is highest up on our property, but is my favourite as it has an amazing live tree growing in the bathroom which has orchids growing on it. It also has a front porch, and secondary sitting area. Prices drastically lower for direct booking and with more available dates.

Maya Moon Lodge in Tzununá Gecko Rooms : 7 beds - 3 single beds, 2 bunk befs, 1 balcony, 2 hammocks, laptop workspace, amazing views, shared bathroom, hot-water, drinking water, lockers, ( bring your own padlock) restaurant and bar on the lake.We prefer no food in the room due to the environment and possibility of attracting ants. We rent Stand up Paddle boards and have free tubes to float on the lake. Hammocks and Beach.

This bungalow is perfect for family groups or friends looking to have several private accesses such as private dominos, living room, dining room, kitchen, etc. The rest of the facilities such as swimming pool, soccer fields and volleyball ball, green areas, gym, etc are shared with visitors of Ecoparque Valle Escondido
