Inhabited since the dawn of time by a noble family, it is still today embellished by a marvelous and large garden with a breathtaking view of the imposing Rocca and the entire deep valley: this is our structure.

The accommodation is part of a villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travelers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHEN CORNER. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle and a hairdryer. Tourist tax is paid on site.

The sweeping views from the large terrace is truly unique, and it is well-worth a visit just to experience it. Everyone is welcome

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
