For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as cozy as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.
