Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gueliz, Marrakesh

Don't look anywhere else, this is a top place to stay. We loved it. It's really beautifully decorated inside, it's wonderfully comfortable with lots of space and a fabulous roof terrace. We were brilliantly looked after and any worries were taken care of. We'll definitely be recommending it to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Marrakech.

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

Cristina & Paolo’s Ryad was absolutely wonderful. After traveling around the country for multiple weeks - this tucked away oasis was exactly what my friends and I needed. The staff were wonderful and we hope to return soon. If you’re looking for a lovely stay with wonderful people, this is the place to look for.

Wonderful home, centrally located and beautifully decorated. I felt so at ease at Paola’s place and was grateful to have our own private oasis to escape the chaos of the Medina. Special thanks to Brahim for helping us check in and out seamlessly, including a very early morning departure. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful Riad. The location in the heart of the Medina is great. Karine is an always available and very responsive host 👍🏼 We thank the warm welcome and delicious food from Fatima and her husband who were really lovely and available throughout our stay.

We had one of our best stays at this Villa! A large family, each of us was able to quickly find our own brands, have our own space while enjoying the spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean living spaces. The garden, like the inside of the house, is extremely maintained. The concierge as well as the stove are exceptionally kind! We also appreciated that Fatiha took the time to come greet us and check in with us. We would recommend this Villa without a second thought and would definitely go back!

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

It is difficult to say enough good things about our groups experience staying at Oussama’s riad. The accommodations fit our party of 7 very nicely w/ everyone having their own room and bathroom, as well as a couple of extra toilets on the second floor. There are multiple lovely areas to hang out at the riad depending on the time of day and the weather. Our group enjoyed hanging out in every one of them. Oussama as a host is also exceptional. Communication was outstanding and there wasn’t a single request made that he did not fully accommodate or provide recommendations for quickly. Above & beyond. The location is perfect for those looking to spend time in the Medina and see many of the popular attractions in Marrakech. The experience of staying in a riad may not be for everyone but for those looking for that experience, look no further than this one. Perhaps my favorite Airbnb property I’ve ever stayed in and one of the best experiences due to Oussama’s hospitality.

Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

We had a great weekend at this place. It was very clean, quiet and as described. Access is easy, but it's best to be transported to fully enjoy the area. A quick note for longer stays: the TV didn't work when we visited. This wasn't a problem for us, but it could inconvenience some of them. We still recommend all this accommodation without hesitation personally I will be back! Thank you Sam

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.

We had a great stay in the Riad offered by Caroline. Listing is as described and photos. It was perfect and well located. But it's impossible to talk about the Riad, not to mention Hanane's simply delicious cuisine: special mention for the royal couscous and the candied lemon chicken tagine that were simply divine. Finally, Ali's airport-riad trips were great. In addition, Ali set us up a service to go to the Agafay Desert with quad activities and day in a camp with pool. It was great! We had a wonderful stay with the family in this beautiful home! Very good welcome from Hassan the owner who took great care of us before and during our stay and Nourdine the caretaker. Chadia's delicious food delighted young and old. The location of the house is perfect for a successful stay, quiet but only a few minutes from the center and the airport! Thank you again

We were phenomenal, Charles-Eric and Jamal were super attentive and helped us at all times, also Adil, the driver who recommended Jamal, was very friendly and patient (we were a large group, disparate, different ages and not easy to carry...). He picked us up and took us to the airport, we also organized a route around a day, the selection of places was ideal and the place where it took us to eat was ideal. The photos of the house's facilities correspond to the place, it has aged a little, but little more, the truth is that we felt good to arrive. The only problem we really had was the steps, we did not observe that they were taller than the usual (in Spain), and they did not have handrails, we were complicated to go up and down with my father and the children, but the truth is that that happened to us in most of the Riads and old buildings in the area. We should have studied it better:) Thank you for everything, everyone, and see you next time !!

Mohamed is an absolutely top tier host and was amazing. So accommodating, helpful and friendly to my family. Helped with airport transfer, met us at check in and went above and beyond every step of the way. Set up a grocery delivery for us to the villa after arrival and even took a personal trip to make sure we could get currency exchanged. Dinner poolside was amazing - an absolute must if you stay with Mohamed. Communication was great and he’s absolutely dedicated to making your trip to Marrakech special. Whatever you need - sorted, no worries. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Marrakech

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. Firstly it is absolutely beautiful, exactly like the photos. The pool area was really enjoyed by the whole family. Clement was so good as a host; he was very responsive to our queries prior to our trip and whilst we were there. He helped us arrange a driver for the week and airport transfers which was extremely helpful, and recommended a local company for massages/hamman. Soumia and the other two staff cooked the most delicious food for us every day, and kept the villa clean and tidy. Soumia was also very welcoming particularly to our children. We loved our stay, would highly recommend it and would like to come back again!

The interior of the Riad was remarkable and located in a great block within the Medina. The property and linens were clean and Wi-Fi accessible. However, the highlight of the Riad was actually Zakaria who is the host of this property. He was extremely hospitable, made himself available to us always and gave us excellent local recommendations. He was an amazing resource for my entire family and made our first trip to Morocco memorable!
