Absolutely loved our stay at this 3-bed- 3-bath apartment in the historic center of Rome! The location is unbeatable, steps from iconic sites (Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore and Piazza Venezia to name a few) great restaurants and vibrant piazzas. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and stylishly decorated with modern amenities. Each bedroom was large and comfortable, and the three bathrooms (a rarity in Rome) made our group's stay so convenient. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. Perfect for exploring Rome's history and culture. 5 stars, would book again!

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a really wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops, and restaurants, making every trip simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. Stefania is an excellent host, we love it, as a host, she takes care of every detail . The instructions were very clear , it was always pending and everything went perfect , I would definitely stay here again. Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

Andrea's place is spacious, functional and pleasant. The terrace is nice. Andrea cares about the well-being of her hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We parked our car at the bottom of the residence, it was convenient.

Christian's place was very cozy. Perfect for a couple or one person. Perfect location to see all the sights in this quaint village.

I was very pleased with the accommodation and the host. The way that Alessandro dealt with every enquiry was friendly, helpful and very quick in response. Accommodation was like an oasis that I came back to after each day of exploring Rome. Very very happy 😊

Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our first visit to Rome. Lucia was the perfect host; gracious, accommodating, and always responsive to our calls. The book of instructions and local attractions was noteworthy and helpful. The home a tastefully decorated and had a local flair. It was a comfortable stay for us with our 3 children. The house was very clean and safe. Fabio gave us good advice. We walked to many places from where the house was located. We took the metro and buses to reach the far places. Thank you for everything.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and the description. We arrived a little later than expected and Flavio was very flexible and then came to the agreed time with the keys and explained everything to us. The accommodation has everything you need for cooking, sleeping, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the old town as well as the Bahbhof Bracciano is very easily accessible on foot and within an hour you can get to Rome by train. When the city called for a water interruption at short notice, Flavio informed us and even brought us a canister in the evening, which was very sweet. We were completely satisfied, thank you very much and would like another time again :).

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

Fabrizio’s place was great, easy check in and check out. We had to check out early but Fabrizio was accommodating.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

It was a wonderful stay. As a 6ft tall American you just have to get used to the way the bathrooms are situated, not a fault of Iris. Be aware that the stairs are definitely a bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage. Would gladly stay again!

Everything was great. Gabriele was great host - not invasive, always ready to respond fast and clearly. The accommodation itself was great and the terrace is amazing - everything as described and as on photos. The parking is on the street but free, and most of the time you have an available parking space, but there is a metro station near so you don't have to use the car so often. The location is good and safe and all the people near are nice and friendly. We would definitely recommend the place and would come again.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
