Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a living room-kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2-3 people. In a wooded environment, you'll have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds : herons, piverts, owls. And hopefully you'll fall face to face with deer.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season cottage for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. Dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season. Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Building with red/pink windows in outdoor photos. Wifi and Smart TV, fiber box. Linen provided, towels sheets and duvet cover, the bed is made before your arrival.
