Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil mot självkostnadspris!

Lillstugan

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!

Charmigt boende på landet samtidigt som det bara är 20 minuter till centrala Göteborg och 10 minuter till Kungälv. Smidigt tillträde till stugan och incheckning sker via självservice - instruktion efter bokning. Stugan har en egen privat uteplats och gräsmatta med utemöbler och grill. Det finns inga grannar, förrutom vi. Mysig bokskog för promenader etc. och vilda djur och fåglar ser man ofta. Inga husdjur i stugan.

Our place is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to nature and the sea, with Lillebybadet just 5 km away. You reach the center of Gothenburg by bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night, and takes about 30 minutes.
