Beautiful wooden house in the middle of the enchanting mountains of the Bernese Oberland. The old restaurant, which I lovingly converted, has 3 rooms, all with soundproofed panoramic windows. Furthermore it has a large bathroom with shower/WC, a separate WC, a large living/dining room and an open well-equipped kitchen. The house is located near the train station Burglauenen just before Grindelwald and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. Free parking available.

Lütschental train station is very close and the train goes in 18 minutes to Grindelwald Terminal, continue with the Eigerexpress to the Eigergletscher and by train to the Jungfraujoch, Top of Europe. Chalet Hollandia is located above the village of Grindelwald at 1180 m above sea level. It is very quiet and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains of Grindelwald. In the apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in the glacier village of Grindelwald. The chalet is right at a bus stop, please inform the host about the timetables. The cozy Chalet Hollandia can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes from Grindelwald train station.

The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.
