"Haus Andreas" near the southern border of Vienna

Our open, spacious bungalow has 115 square meters of living space and a 30 square meter terrace facing east. There are a few wide steps to the front door, but there are no barriers in the house itself. Our hotel is ideally located for visitors to our thermal spa region and Vienna tourists with optimal connections to Vienna. We are also happy about families with children and provide travel cot and high chair. Well behaved dogs are not an issue. Cars park for free outside the door, bikes in the private basement compartment.

Vacation at the gates of Vienna

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Bright loft studio in Mödling near Vienna

The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

Die WLB-Station Guntramsdorf, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, bietet direkte Verbindungen nach Wien und Baden. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Ärzte und Heurige sind ebenfalls in Gehweite. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist über eine Schlüsselbox zugänglich. Die Kurtaxe von 2,50€ pro Person und Nacht ist bei Ankunft bar zu zahlen. Early-Check-in-Gebühr in Höhe von 50 EUR für eine Anreise vor 13:00 Uhr!

The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
