Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Ideal for weekend returnees and visitors for a few days, or even for long-term stays. The approx. 70 m² 2-room apartment is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The cleaning fee includes €5 each for bed linens and towels for a week.
