We (Armin (67), Heidi (61) and Waltraud (84) live in a 2-family house with 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. A bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

Kuhlmann's farm with natural swimming pond

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

The apartment is about 60 m², consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping, city park, Bus connection, water park, gym within 3-10 minutes' walk. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are close by. The apartment (80 square meters) is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential area. The open-air museum is very close. Free parking is available on the property. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.
