Vacation rentals with a patio in Gwonseon-gu

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. My host was responsive and was available to help me with any questions and doubts.

I was so satisfied, but if you had told me how to dispose of the garbage in the first place, I don't think I would have gone down to buy a pay-as-you-go bag... But the next day, I was very satisfied with the other parts because they took care of the checkout convenience and responded kindly.

I went with 5 women, and it was nice that there were amenities nearby, and the surroundings weren't noisy, and it was nice to be able to buy simple food or milk kits and simply cook and eat. I couldn't use the terrace because it was hot in the summer, but I had fun in the room: -)

We had a pleasant stay in a very large space.The windows were large, a lot of natural light came in, and the atmosphere was always bright.The owner was quick to respond to this request and was very kind. It was very close to Mochiya Station, and there were many restaurants.It was a very fun town. I want to use it again.

I was a little worried because it was my first time going to a guesthouse, but when I arrived, I wasn't worried at all. The space was really tidy, and the bedding was fluffy and clean, so I was very satisfied. The communication with the host was really smooth, and they took care of any inconveniences first, so I was able to stay more comfortably. At first, I booked a shared room, but I was thankful that you were lucky enough to upgrade to a single room. The bed was also queen-sized, so I was able to sleep very generously and comfortably. Excellent stay! James was very responsive and helpful! it's a beautiful and spacious place that's in a great location. The subway is quick 5 minute walk away and restaurants and convenience stores are very close by! You won't regret staying here!

Great location! Easy to walk to everything we needed. The only thing to mention is that we got confused during check in because there are two buildings. The unit is in the back building, but the front building has all the same unit numbers so it is easy to mistake it. Also, unlike most other Airbnbs we have stayed at, this one is clearly one that the host lives in. The hosts’ belongings are very much around and there is little space to put your own toiletries on the bathroom counter and whatnot. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a five star location with amazing cafes and food within walking distance and a great walking park nearby.

They responded quickly, and the facilities were clean, so I was able to stay comfortably.

I had a really good rest. The bedding was very clean and tidy, so I felt good the whole time I covered it. The bathroom is luxuriously equipped with necessary toiletries and shower supplies, and it was nice to have plenty of towels. The sofa in the living room was also comfortable, so it was good for playing with barley and bird. ^ ^ It is so clean that you think it's a house where dogs and cats live together, so you don't have to worry about cleanliness. Dogs and cats are very respectful of the privacy of guests (if you leave the door open, they go in and out freely, but if you leave the door slightly open, they don't come in and just keep it outside.. Lovelyness exceeds the limit♡), and the host is very kind and doesn't care for our own time. The mountain view from the rooftop terrace was so relaxing with a cup of coffee! Highly recommended. I want to go again when I go to see Seoul!!!

It was nice to have a parking space, and the house was spacious and comfortable.

The host was really kind and the view from the apartment was really stunning every day. I lived there for almost 3 months!

Used by 4 males. I had no trouble finding the accommodation, and there are all Nammun restaurants, convenience stores, and bus stops within walking distance. Thanks to you, I rested comfortably before heading out. Best,
