In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Perfect workation place: internet, smart TV, desk, air conditioning, restaurants. Villa building built in 1904. Nostalgic interior from the age of the monarchy to modern and contemporary. In the garden: sunscreen, swing bed, flowers, vet hardwoods. Parking in the courtyard. Beach, shops, center, train station, police station, boat station within 500 meters. At the foot of Szent György Hill Kisapáti is located in a calm, quiet little village in the Tapolca basin, embraced by witness mountains. Near Tapolca, which is 5 km and Balaton 6 km. Many hiking opportunities and programs await visitors. St. George's mountain famous basalt organs, Csobánc, Gulácsi mountain Badacsony mountain can be seen from the accommodation. The jacuzzi can be used for a fee.

A portán két vendégház áll: az itt bemutatott Tiny house, valamint a 8 személyes Mandala house, amely külön hírdetésben érhető el. A ház előtt vezetnek a túraútvonalak a hegytetőre és a hegy híres borászataihoz. A Balaton mindössze 6 km-re van. A SZAUNA külön díj megfizetésével használható, egyeztetett időpontban (ára 2 főre 10.000 Ft/felfűtés).

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Bamboo Garden House

Zen Varázs Malom-tónál, aranyhalas patak parton, sétányra nyíló kertben, hol szőlő, füge, körte termett, kis házikót építettem. Tetejét cseréppel, falait fával fedtem, s szépen berendeztem. "Bambuszerdő" mellett izzó faparázson vacsorát süthettek, egy jó kancsó borral, finom falatokkal asztalhoz ülhettek. Hintaágyban ringatózva, patak csobogását, madár csacsogását hallgassátok, csillagok állását, Nap, Hold járását bámuljátok! A tavat körbesétáljátok! Remélem elvarázsol! 😉

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)
