Unwind in a quiet home designed for comfort and space. Cozy Haven offers a private setting with easy highway access and quick drives to Jasper National Park.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, spacious indoor living areas, multiple covered outdoor decks, and a large backyard that opens directly to the forest. Evenings are perfect for gathering around the firepit or enjoying yard games.

Two complimentary National Park passes are included for your stay.

The space
At Cozy Haven, we provide two complimentary National Park passes, giving you unlimited access to Jasper and Banff National Parks during your stay. The passes will be hanging in the kitchen for your use and must be returned at checkout. If a pass is not returned, a replacement fee of $160 per pass will be charged.

Cozy Haven is a full private home, entirely yours to enjoy during your stay (excluding the garage).

The main floor features a bright, open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, dining area, and newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, and spices for your convenience.
Step out from the dining area onto a covered deck, perfect for BBQing in any weather. Down the hall you’ll find:
-A full bathroom
-Two comfortable bedrooms
-The primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 55” TV, and a private ensuite with double sinks

From the living room, one bedroom, and the primary bedroom, you can access a large screened-in covered deck overlooking the backyard which is ideal for relaxing without the bother of mosquitoes.

The lower level offers a spacious family room with a 65” TV, foosball table, board games, and a pull-out couch. This level also includes:
-A full bathroom
-Laundry room
-Fourth bedroom

After a day of hiking or sightseeing, unwind at the semi-secluded firepit, tucked among the trees at the back of the property. The large grassy yard between the house and forest is perfect for enjoying the yard games provided.

Within a two-minute walk, you can access scenic hiking trails leading to Thompson Lake or the Beaver Boardwalk. A nearby playground is also just a short walk away, making this home great for families.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property except the garage.

We do also offer a couple of additional services. We have a 7 passenger van that can pick you up at the airport in Edmonton and drive you around if you like. Additional fees for this.

As well if you need babysitting we have two adult babysitters available for an additional fee.
