Welcome to Kawartha Adeventure Resort. Your private venue for an unforgettable group experience. A perfect destination for those wanting a variety of activities, adventure, and an unforgettable unique venue.

Book this 5+ACRE, LAKEFRONT RESORT offering 10 Ensuite room with an equipped Kitchen with 2 fridges. With onsite EV Charging outlet.

A network of Snowmobile & ATV trails begins on site. 4X4 Jeep trails nearby. Bring/Rent Jet Ski, canoes and Kayaks and use boat launch across the street.

The space
There is one large common area which includes the dining room, playroom, living room and kitchen with two full size fridges.

Lots of space to hang out outside in a private setting with a bonfire while overlooking the lake. And for those BBQing fans, there is a charcoal as well as a propane BBQ on site.

All of the bedrooms are connected by an internal hallway to access the large common area. The rooms do also have direct exterior access if needed to access your adventure toys without needing to move internally through the resort!

The property has direct access from County Road 46 and sits on East Twin Lake and directly across West Twin Lake. While East Twin Lake does not have a boat dock, West Twin Lake across the street has public boat launch access.

Guest access
Lakeview kitchen, lakeview Living area, lakeview playroom, lakeview dining room, and all 10 bedrooms. The lower level is storage, and you will not have access to this area.

Other things to note
We have a service managers apartment at the back of the building which is often occupied by a staff member. It’s separated and has its own entrance. You won’t interact with them other than at check-in or if you need service.

You can’t have fun if you're distracted. Luckily Cell phone signal is very weak and almost non-existent at the property. Inside the building you have fast WIFI. You will be able to make data calls, just don’t count on receiving any text messages or making regular calls.

Thousands of acres of public land behind this property are full of trials and lakes. Great for hiking, canoeing and riding ATV's.

In front of the property on West Twin Lake there are a number of private cottages. In all directions for about 20 minutes of driving, there are only cottages. Any Commerical store is 20 minutes away.
