The space
This guest house was completed in 2022. New King bed (2025). The house is air conditioned with a mini split heat pump. Covered deck for morning coffee/tea.

We're located on a peaceful and quiet property in the country. You'll be surrounded by farmland and forest.

The house is 1100 square feet with a spacious 750 square foot wrap around porch/deck with a privacy fence. This guesthouse is located far enough from the main house to ensure guest privacy on the deck, at the barbeque, and firepit area.

The living room and kitchen use a mini split for AC and heat.

The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals, a Keurig coffee machine, kettle, regular coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, air fryer, and toaster.

Outdoor BBQ is also available.

Washer and dryer (2024 new) are onsite.

Also included are beach towels, beach blankets, and a beach umbrella (upon request). 4 collapsible camp chairs for outdoor festival days are available upon request.

Bathroom has a comfort height toilet with a grab bar. Grab bar is also at the side of the bath/shower. "Bath-Shower seat" is available upon request.

There's a white noise machine for guest use. Play white noise for a great night's sleep.

Other things to note
World class beaches and restaurants are minutes away.

Cooking Fresh Fish or seafood:
We kindly ask that any fish be cooked the same day it is caught. Cooking it the following day can create strong, lingering odors throughout the home.

If you plan to prepare fish, we encourage same-day cooking or using the barbeque. Any shellfish waste should be immediately taken to the green bin at the end of the driveway to reduce odors throughout the home.

Thank you for your understanding and helping us maintain a fresh and comfortable space for all guests.

Celiac-safe toaster is available upon request.

Maximum driveway speed: 15 km.

You are welcome to walk, jog, or explore our 50 acre property while visiting. Confederation Trail access is located 5 minutes away. You can download the map on the "tourismpei" website or explore the many nearby hiking and biking trails.

My husband and I live in the adjacent property. We give our guests privacy but are available upon request.

The lawn is cut once a week, after. 10:00am on weekends/holidays or after 4pm on weekdays. Our garage is behind the guest house and we access it for routine home maintenance.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our guest house is located on a 50 acre property, set back in the trees, yet on a main highway. The guest house itself offers plenty of privacy for guests.
We live among many Amish so you'll often see them travelling or working in the fields.
We also have a lake across the highway and stream on the property which offers great fishing (in season, liscence required).
It's an easy commute to the city or local towns in the Three Rivers community.
