Just off the Confederation Bridge, this 5 bedroom house is located on PEI's south shore in beautiful Augustine Cove. Enjoy walks on the beach from your own private stairs.

Centrally located within 30 minutes of Charlottetown and Summerside and 40 minutes of Cavendish.

The space
There is a large open kitchen and living room with loft above for quieter times.

Upstairs there is a bedroom (queen size bed) with balcony and bathroom with two bedrooms (king size beds) and main bathroom downstairs.

The bunkhouse is connected via a breezeway with two bedrooms (each with a double/single bunk bed) and a 1/2 bath between them.

Enjoy the summer outside on a large wraparound deck with an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a shaded sitting area.
