The space
The Benson is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for an effortless stay—high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, on-site laundry, Gas fireplace, dishwasher, ice maker, free parking, and a freestanding soaker tub designed for unhurried relaxation.

Tucked just steps from Picton’s Main Street, you’re surrounded by cafés, restaurants, galleries, theatre, and local shops. Everything is within walking distance—no need for taxis after dinner, just an easy stroll home through the heart of town.

Beyond your door, you’ll find walking, running, and cycling trails just a few blocks away, along with seasonal highlights like the Sunday farmers’ market, park yoga sessions, tennis courts, and new Level 3 EV charging stations nearby.

A short drive opens up the wider Prince Edward County experience—beaches, wineries, cider houses, breweries, golf courses, farm stands, drive-in theatre, and the neighbouring villages of Bloomfield and Wellington, all within easy reach.

Guests have exclusive use of the loft and private second story gated outdoor deck overlooking the tree tops of Benson Park in central Picton. Feel free to fire up the park style Charcoal BBQ on the flagstone terrace.

Other things to note
There is one parking spot available on site. Should additional spots be required we are happy to suggest some off site options that are close by.

Beach Towels are not provided, we ask that guests bring their own towels for outside use.

There are stairs leading to the entrance to this space. Those with mobility issues should take note.

Cleaning Protocols
Our cleaning program meets or exceeds WHO recommendations and aligns with guidance from Ontario Health and hospitality industry experts and Airbnb enhanced Cleaning protocols.

Self Check-In - To support a seamless and private arrival experience, The Benson is equipped with a lockbox system. This allows for self check-in and check-out without the need for in-person contact.

This historic 1800s coach house has a guest space on both the main floor and second floor. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your neighbours and keep things quiet and respectful, especially in the evening. The house is best suited to quiet, adult stays.

Please note that gatherings, parties, or group events are not permitted at short-term rentals in Prince Edward County.
