Welcome to Ceylona Stay — a modern 2-bedroom lower-level suite 5 minutes from Airport (YYT) and under 15 minutes from Downtown.

Enjoy a king bedroom with workspace, queen bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom,and in-suite laundry.

Guests have a private entrance through a fenced backyard with a well-lit walkway, plus shared backyard access. Great for families, work trips, healthcare professionals, and longer stays.

Please note: There is no dishwasher in the apartment.

The space
This is a private, fully furnished 2-bedroom lower-level apartment suite with its own entrance. The space includes a comfortable living room with TV, full kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms: one king bed and one queen bed.

The king bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or longer stays.

Guests also have access to the shared backyard area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; however, please note that there is no dishwasher.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private suite, including bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry area, dedicated workspace inside master bedroom, and shared backyard.

Entry is through the backyard gate and well-lit walkway leading to the private suite entrance. Guests must use approximately 8 outdoor steps.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available for a second vehicle, where permitted.

Other things to note
The suite is located on the lower level of our home. We live upstairs, and guests have their own private entrance through the backyard/deck area.

Some normal household sounds may occasionally be heard, but we do our best to keep the home quiet and comfortable for guests.

Guests must use approximately 8 outdoor steps to access the private suite entrance.

Guests are welcome to use the backyard area, which is shared with us.

We have a friendly Labrador Retriever who lives upstairs with us. The dog does not have access to the guest suite, but guests may occasionally see the dog outside or in the shared backyard area.
