Erin House has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in Port Rexton with family or friends. This three bedroom, two bathroom home features a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Take in the stunning views of Trinity Bay while sitting on the deck or curled up by the wood stove. Two Whales Coffee Shop and Port Rexton Brewing Co. are within walking distance, and the Skerwink Trail, Fox Island Trail and delicious dining at the Fishers' Loft are just a short drive away.

The space
The kitchen, dining area and living room are in a large, open-concept space with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a deck just off the living room with chairs and a barbeque.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two single beds. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a claw foot tub. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The house has wifi, TV with Netflix, DVD player with an assortment of DVDs and books, many of which are about Newfoundland. There is ample parking space for two vehicles.
