Guest access
$800 damage deposit is required for the reservation ( you will receive a request within 2 days of the booking).
If you would like to get access to the heated swim spa, please agree to the swim spa rule ( will be sent to you after reservation). The entire space is included in this rental except for the manager's suite, the attic and the treatment room. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
There is a fenced-in grass area behind the Quartz Suite for pets. Max 2 pets are allowed (only in Quartz Suite, not in the main lodge) upon request during booking *.
Booking is for max 24 people (adults & kids). For each extra person over 24 people, it will be an extra $100/ day for the whole reservation. No day guests or caterers are permitted without notice.
For security purposes, there are outdoor surveillance cameras installed at the entrance, parking lot & lakefront lawn, and overlooking our semi-open swim spa. No indoor cameras for guest privacy.
A $800 refundable damage deposit is required for the reservation. Refund of the damage deposit will be issued back within 7 days after check out. If you would like to get access to the heated swim spa, please request at least one week before arrival and agree to the swim spa rule. Failure to follow the rules of the swim spa will lead to a forfeit of the entire damage deposit.
The property has 5 levels: 1) main lodge with alfresco dining on the top level > 2) firepits area > 3) huge lawn area > 4) wooden deck over water > 5) private beach and dock on Sandy Lake. From our main lodge to the lake is around 100 steps downhill with resting areas and various outdoor areas along the way. Most physically fit adults take few minutes to go downhill and uphill. Please proceed with care and wear proper shoes.
We are surrounded by the amazing nature and trees, so please do not put candles or light outdoor close to any exits, windows or doors to avoid attraction of bugs.
Please remember that you're staying in a lodge, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. You are renting the whole property, and we are not responsible for any loss, damages to your personal belongings.
You must park in the two designated parking lots to avoid blocking access of our neighbours' property.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. The managing team is frequently on-site.
