With southern exposure, and floor to ceiling windows, your new vacation home is flooded with fresh sea air and natural light to help you rejuvenate and relax.
The open floorplan and thoughtful design offer a luxurious yet comfortable appeal, perfect for small families or couples. The kitchen boasts a gas range, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with the culinary essentials fit for the cooks of the house – additionally, a natural gas Weber BBQ is ready to grill your favourite meals. Enjoy the beautiful views on the balcony while resting on the comfortable outdoor couch, or cuddle on the queen pull-out sleeper sofa with chaise while watching a romantic movie together on the huge 65-inch smart TV, or simply take in the ambiance of the natural gas fireplace.
Quiet time is best spent reading in the cozy chair in the reading cove while embracing the natural light and incredible views. Remote work is no problem as a comfortable work desk and chair awaits with high-speed wi-fi available throughout. Entertaining guests is welcome with a featured Transformer Table, benches and chairs that sit up to 12 people.
Each of the two bedrooms have individually controlled heat pumps with air-conditioning, heated floors in their private bathrooms, and high-end medium-firm mattrasses for a quality sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed, expansive windows that showcase the beautiful views of the ocean, coastal mountains, and the courtyard. The spacious room boasts a reading cove with cozy chair, where you can enjoy the natural light and incredible views while delighting in your favourite book. Coffee Maker

From fresh grounds to pods, the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 5-in-1 Coffee Maker gives you the options to please fans of all types of coffees and quantities. This combo coffee maker lets you brew a full pot using your favorite grounds on the carafe side or make a cup for yourself using a single-serve pod or grounds on the single-serve side. You can make iced or hot coffee!
Blinds
All windows have blinds that block out the sun & provide privacy. The only exception to this are the inaccessible windows across the very top panel of the king bedroom!
Spices
We have salt & pepper. As well as a lazy susan with a range of other spices!
Beach Chairs
We have four low Tommy Bahama ones, and then two higher beach chairs!
Beach Towels
There are beach towels.
Dogs
We love being able to say “yes” to dogs as we too think of them as part of the family and also, Saratoga is a dog’s playground FOR SURE! We will continue to say “yes” so as long as there is respect for the following asks:
-We ask that pets aren’t allowed on the furniture, simply because they tend to track in a little more sand than us humans ;)! If this is impossible to abide by, we ask that you bring blankets that will protect the furniture from the sand & wetness.
-We also ask that pets aren’t allowed to relieve themselves on the decks or in the unit. We will have to charge extra for cleaning if we find this upon check out. If there is an accident, there are cleaning solutions in the bin under then kitchen sink. We ask that you also let us know if there is an accident as it necessitates a different cleaning method.
