Perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac. The neighborhood has walking trails to enjoy during your stay and is less than a 10 minute drive to the heart of Downtown. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house will feel like a home away from home! Across the street are old railway walking trails that lead to Bowring Park. The deck is private and furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture during the summer months. There is also private home office downstairs which is perfect for working while away.

The space
The main floor of the house features a large kitchen with open concept living and dining. There is plenty of seating for everyone at the beautiful dining room table and sit up peninsula. The main floor also has access to the back deck/yard which is the perfect place to spend time during the warmer months. The backyard is backed onto a green belt which gives extra privacy.

Upstairs there are three cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private ensuite and also located upstairs is the main bathroom.

The basement is fully developed and features a comfortable home office and 1/2 bathroom. This is also where the washer and dryer is located which guests are welcome to use during their stay.
