The space
Accessibility Note:
The stairs to the lower floor of the property are steeper than is typical. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to keep small children from wandering. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions about this.

General Layout:

The main floor is an open space layout that leads with the kitchen opening into the living/dining room with 18' cathedral height ceilings and a central river rock wood burning fireplace flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning mountain views filtering in the morning light with a loft bedroom at the rear. The double French doors on either side of the fireplace lead out onto the main spacious terrace to enjoy the crisp mountain air and scenic views. A staircase in the living room leads downstairs to the second bedroom and recreation room which features original art and a full-size billiard table paired with a bar. Accompanying is an Italian leather sectional with a 75" large-screen smart TV.

Main Floor:
The main floor is an open living/dining space with a wood-burning fireplace clad in river stone that goes to the ceiling. There is a full bathroom featuring handcrafted imported tile and a rainfall shower head. A fully stocked kitchen with a natural granite counter and a breakfast bar. Espresso machine provided to enjoy morning coffee and start the day just right. The floors have radiant heat throughout. The wood-burning fireplace has circulating fans that keep the entire place warm all through the winter. During the hot summer overhead fans in the loft and great room keep the space evenly cool.

Living / Dining Room:
The living room has a full-size leather sofa and loveseat. There is a 43", 4k Smart TV. The solid wood dining table comfortably seats 6 people with fine dinnerware available in the matching buffet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has an electric range, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker, kettle, and espresso machine.


From the main floor, there are 2 sets of double doors to the mountain-view terrace. There you will find a Genesis Weber BBQ with 3 burners and a side grill to make the best steaks in town. Enjoy outdoor dining on the patio set around a propane fire pit to keep you warm into the cool evenings.


Mezzanine Floor:
There are stairs up to an open/mezzanine loft bedroom with a queen bed that has stunning views onto the mountain side and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom also features unique hand crafted imported tile and rainfall shower head. The loft bedroom also has a small closet and full-size dresser. A TV in the corner allows for easy watching from the comfort of the bed.


Recreation floor:
From the main floor, there are stairs down to a second floor with a family room, second bedroom, and utility room.

On one side of the family room, there is an Italian leather sectional couch and 75" Smart TV. There is a large bean bag for additional seating kept in the utility room. On the other side is a full-size billiard table and bar.


Behind the family room is a corridor to the second bedroom, storage room and utility room that has the laundry machines.
