POOL HEATER: Please note there is an additional charge of $50/day (2-day minimum) or $300/week to have the pool heater on and see to
84 degrees. This will be billed separately before check-in. We need at least 2 days notice.
Note: The heater is unable to operate when temperatures reach below 50 degrees outside. That said, it may have a hard time maintaining the set temperature during your stay if temperatures drop close to or below 50 degrees, but rest assured it will be turned on and working hard to reach the set temperature for you as the outside temperature increases during the day. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Note: We have a pool maintenance team that comes by every Wednesday morning, sometime between 8-11am. They will access the backyard through the house side gate. Please allow them to perform their routine maintenance when they arrive.
We have a lawn maintenance individual who comes during the week as well. There isn't a set day he comes but will be there for an hour or two just cleaning up the gardens, and leaves / fallen brush in the backyard.
Garbage Days are on Wednesdays if you would like to bring the bins out during an extended stay that would be greatly appreciated.
Staying longer than 28 days?
Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $350/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
