The space
Welcome to Settle Inn at 28 Brinson's Hill, in beautiful Winterton, Trinity Bay. I'm your host Lori Harris along with my husband Trevor, and son Thomas. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath traditional NL home, fully renovated in Winterton, Trinity Bay. Primary bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower on the first level. Ramp access at the main door. Patio off the kitchen with ocean views.

We just finished up the renovations on phase one of our plan, the inside work and front patio area. Phase two will see the upper deck and outbuilding renovations. Guest will not be permitted in these areas at this time. Restricted areas will be clearly marked.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house beside the mechanical and storage closet. You have access to the front deck with a beautiful view. Guests are not permitted on the upper deck and in the shed. These areas are clearly marked has no access areas.
