Waterfront. Private dock. West-facing sunsets over the Little Lake. Vivian House is a renovated five-bedroom lakefront cottage ready for groups who want to be on the water. The cottage is spacious both inside and out, with seating for everyone, and a fire pit made for nights under the stars. The lake is steps from the walkout basement. Warm, shallow water is perfect for little ones. The kitchen is well equipped, enjoy a large dining table - inside or out & take in the beautiful surroundings.

The space
Vivian House’s layout is open and functional, with multiple areas to gather, unwind, or step away for quiet time (both inside and out). The large windows bring in natural light and stunning views of the lake throughout the day and incredible sunsets in the evening.

There are plenty of outdoor seating zones, including a dining table and bar top table on the deck overlooking the lake. The new propane Napoleon BBQ is ready for grilling!

The kitchen has a dishwasher, large toaster, stove, microwave and cutlery & dishes for your large group! The coffee maker is drip and takes grounds, we provide the filters!

1 canoe, 1 paddle board, 2 kayaks, & 2 kids kayaks are available for use. We have 3 adult life jackets available.

Outdoor games like ladder ball and corn hole are also available, along with a variety of games inside!

Our dock and shallow swim area on Little Lake is just steps from the Cottage, making it easy to move between indoors and out. Swim off the dock, lounge by the water, or take in the sunset. There is room for your boat, too!

The outdoor fire pit is set up for easy evenings outside and firewood is provided. Please follow the Township of Severn fire restrictions and be mindful of neighbours at night.

Guests have full access to the Cottage, except for the utility room and the bunkie on the property, which are locked.

Guests have private access to the full home and property, including the waterfront, dock for a boat, fire pit, and all outdoor spaces.

The home is self check-in via smart lock, and has parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The utility room and bunkie on the property are locked and are not part of the rental.

Other things to note
Being right on the lake comes with all the benefits of nature - including seasonal bugs, particularly in the summer. Keeping doors closed and using screens will help keep things comfortable inside.

When running the air conditioning, we ask that windows and doors remain closed to keep the space cool and energy-efficient. You are welcome to turn it off and let in the breeze!

All bed linens and bath towels are provided. For time spent at the lake, please bring your own beach towels.

The water is drinkable from the tap (full UV filtration system and tested regularly) and the cottage is on a septic so please be mindful and only use toilet paper in the toilets.
