Vivimos en Múnich cerca de un hermoso lago, igualmente también tenemos cerca de una estación de s-Bahn (tren) que nos lleva en 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad y en el barrio tenemos supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías y heladerías. El lugar es cerca para conciertos y exhibiciones en Messe Munich, igualmente para escapar a los Alpes.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.
