The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met privétuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapk met 2-p bed, slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken en 1 bed op vide slaapkamer. Centrum en station op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. Kijk ook eens op Vakantieinhellendoorn of bedandbreakfast.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

At the edge of the beautiful Sprielderbos (Veluwe) on a small chalet park, lies Beppie's forest house. A cozy and charming wooden chalet with a (gas) fireplace and a (fully fenced) garden.
