First of all, the location is very nice.. Everything was within reach and within walking distance Since I loved the Ilica sea of Çeşme, it was the right choice for me I didn't encounter any issues before and after booking. The host was caring and attentive. Thank you

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

WOW. Great vacation villa, it has everything for a perfect vacation in Cesme. One of the few villas here that are furnished and built to European standards. All furniture is of very high quality. My absolute highlight: The kitchen with the Jura coffee machine and the coffee from "kahvedünyasi"😍 The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a large TV. The pool is large and clean and the terrace offers plenty of space. The beds are very cozy. Surroundings are quiet and local, which I really a lot. Everything is within walking distance and Alacati is minutes away.

Had a lovely stay in Alaçatı! The place was super cozy and comfortable. The host was really nice and helpful — even recommended some great local restaurants to try, which we loved! Location-wise, it’s close to the main road so everything was easily walkable. Would definitely come back!

Very likeable host and the house was breathtaking We'd love to come back

First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...
