Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking, park in front of the door on the gravel path.

Charming older red-painted cottage only 300 meters to the sea and swimming jetty. Located only 20 km from Kalmar and about 15-minute drive to Ölandsbron. Large leafy plot. Close to hiking trails and beautiful nature. Only 1.5 km walking distance to a larger campground, Vita Sand, with nice swimming, street kitchen and large playground. Bed linens and towels are not included. Pillows and duvets are provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning before check-out.

About a 20-minute walk to a large campground, white sand with a large playground, sandy beach, outdoor gym and kiosk/street kitchen (summer time) The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140 cm) purchased in 2025. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.
