Fully renovated, this home has industrial style finishes to pay tribute to the towns 1900s graphite mining boom. With modern amenities, fireplace, smart TV, and A/C you will find everything you need here. Outside, there is off-street parking with a level II EV charger, back deck, gas grill, outdoor dining, fire pit with ADK chairs, and the Hague Brook right in the backyard.

The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
