With proximity to Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest cottage for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

House near lake!

Newly built house with 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room (180, 160 & 160 cm). Kitchen, living room and hall are in open plan. It offers all amenities with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom, kitchen island, dishwasher, induction stovetop, built-in oven and microwave/oven. The house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture (in spring, summer and autumn) and charcoal grill. The house is about 75 meters from Lake Skagern and close to swimming, fishing and a campsite with a kiosk, mini golf, boat and canoe rental. Boat ramp may be used for a fee.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

Here, the proximity to the city's offerings is combined with a peaceful villa idyll. The charming 50s-style villa is located in a quiet area just outside the city centre. Here you can live comfortably with plenty of space for families, friends and business travelers who want practical accommodation close to the city. The plot is lush and green, with a balcony in a sunny south-facing location. For children, there are lawns to play on. You live close to both the waters of Lake Vänern (450 m) and the travel centre (1.6 km).

Cabin on a farm near Göta Kanal

Cabin adjacent to our dwelling house on the farm with cowage around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Kanal and Hajstorp's locks. You live in an old grain magazine that has just been converted into a comfortable small home for four people. Another person can fit if two share a 120 cm bed or if you make a bed on the sofa. Horses and cows are nearby, so there are also flies. Sometimes it sounds from tractors and it happens that it smells of manure during spring and autumn use😃.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. This cozy cottage is located in Undenäs, on the edge of a little holiday park. From the house you have a beautiful view of the area and you can walk into the forest for a lovely walk. Do not forget to walk along the viewpoint and enjoy the surroundings. The cottage is close to the National Nature Park Tiveden, where you can enjoy beautiful walks. Or visit in Karlsborg the fortress, minigolf, the Göta Canal or Forsvik Bruk where you can see 600 years of Swedish industrial history.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.

Äppelgården Holiday Home

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
