Berries and mushrooms can be picked in the forest that is around the property. In the surroundings, there are fantastic beaches, for example. Örsten Nature Reserve by the sea. During the winter months, there is an electric light trail near the house. Fireplace, sauna, hot tub (at an additional cost)

Here you have access to nearby hiking trails Or why not take a warming sauna or a 38 degree bath in your own jacuzzi? Gullviks Havbad beach is 2 km away. The nearest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to Örnsköldsvik city centre, home to Paradisbadet water park and Skyttis cross-country ski trail. You will also find several downhill ski slopes in the municipality. In winter, there are snowshoes available to borrow, and in summer, there are two bicycles.

Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

The cottage is located in old beautiful nature with a private location with forest and arable land. Walk along the Öre River where trout and large salmon migrate. Fishing license is required and can be purchased online.

You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Öden's tree house Talltitan

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Brödrost, kokplatta och vattenkokare finns samt en vattendunk med tappkran. Nedanför kojan finns en grillplats för matlagning. Där finns även ett utedass med vattendunk tvål och handduk

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
