Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

If you are looking for gorgeous scenery and classic Nova Scotia fishing village, this is it. Only 20 minutes to Peggy’s Cove, but no tourists scurrying about here. The locals know how much nicer Lower Prospect and Terence Bay are and Halifax is also a 20 minute drive. The amazing view is truly stunning. every sunset is different
